Our Story

Our journey began with a trip to Bali, driven by a passion for pure, high-quality ingredients. During our visit, we connected with a plantation known for its meticulous cultivation methods and outstanding vanilla beans. Their dedication to their craft and the exceptional flavour of the beans left us inspired.

Initially, we brought these beans back home for personal use, experimenting with them in our own cooking and baking. Their rich aroma and unmatched flavour quickly became essential in our kitchen. It wasn’t long before we realised we wanted to share this extraordinary product with others who value premium ingredients.


Our Process

𝘍𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘍𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘍𝘭𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘶𝘳 — 𝘈 𝘓𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘗𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦

Each vanilla bean takes nearly a year to grow, and every step—from pollination to packing—is done by hand. That’s what gives our vanilla its unmatched aroma, oil content, and deep flavour profile.

🌸 1. Pollinated by Hand

Vanilla orchids bloom just once a year—and each flower stays open for just a single day.
To bear fruit, it must be hand-pollinated within a few hours. This is delicate work, done entirely by skilled farmers.

🌿 2. Harvesting Green Beans

It takes about 8–9 months after pollination for the beans to fully mature.
We harvest only when the beans turn slightly yellow at the tip—indicating peak ripeness and ideal vanillin content.

☀️ 3. Sun-Drying & Curing

After harvest, the beans are briefly blanched, then laid out under the sun for 2–3 hours per day over 3–4 weeks.
At night, they’re wrapped in blankets to sweat. This starts the complex curing process that lasts several months—turning them dark, glossy, and aromatic.

4. Hand Selection & Packing

Each bean is assessed for moisture, flexibility, and oil content before it's packed.
Only premium-quality beans make it through—moist, plump, and bursting with natural vanillin.

After sorting, our vanilla beans are packed in airtight, aroma-preserving bags—ready for chefs, bakers, and makers who care about real flavour.
With no additives, no artificial processing, and up to 2.5% vanillin content, our beans are intensely fragrant and rich in essential oils—ideal for both sweet and savoury creations.
