The vanilla powder smells amazing and am looking forward to baking with it over the weekend. However in terms of customer service, Alicia their contact went up and beyond good customer care. Answered all my questions by return, sorted out my online payment problems and then checked that the powder had arrived and offered recipes. Quite amazing in these days of automated service. Well done. I have already recommended it to a friend. However at the rate I will use it, probably means that it will be a while before I need a refill.
